Ronda is a proud San Bernardino native with a deep-rooted passion for uplifting the very community that shaped her. With an Associate of Science Degree in Broadcasting & Cinematography from Chaffey College and certification in makeup artistry, Ronda brings a unique blend of creativity and compassion to her work. Her artistic background laid the foundation for her transition into the nonprofit sector, where she discovered a true calling—working with high-risk youth and helping them find purpose and direction.
Driven by her growing passion for social work, Ronda is currently pursuing a Case Management certification at San Bernardino Valley College, continually seeking new ways to serve and support those in need. Over the past four years, she has built a strong foundation in workforce development, including three years as a Program Manager for a nonprofit’s workforce development program. She also served as an Employment Services Specialist for San Bernardino County, empowering individuals to unlock their potential and pursue meaningful career paths.
Ronda strongly believes in equipping others with knowledge, guidance, and confidence to transform their futures. Her dedication to learning, community service, and personal growth is evident in every step of her journey, and she remains committed to helping others achieve lasting success.
