Mark Otele

“Change begins when someone believes in you—until you learn to believe in yourself.”

Mark has spent the last three years mentoring and uplifting high-risk individuals through positive engagement and support. His dedication extends far beyond the streets—he has worked directly with youth in juvenile detention centers, building trust and teaching essential life skills rooted in empathy and respect.

Drawing from his own lived experiences, Mark leads by example, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and showing others that change is not only possible, but within reach. His work is backed by certifications in Violence Intervention and Mentorship, awarded by the Department of Behavioral Health. Mark’s calm presence, consistency, and passion for transformation continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those he serves.
