Tasha Nichole is the Founder and Executive Director of Genuinely Me, Inc., and the Founder of Streets to Systems LLC. She is a community advocate, mentor, and Violence Intervention Professional dedicated to strengthening communities through culturally responsive, community-based support and practical life skills development.
Tasha Nichole's work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Drawing from her biracial, tri-cultural background and personal journey—including early exposure to gang life, substance abuse and surviving domestic violence —she brings a grounded and informed perspective to supporting individuals and families facing complex life challenges.
She is a certified Community Health Worker and Registered Drug and Alcohol Counselor, with training in trauma-informed approaches. Tasha Nichole applies this combined experience to build trust, support engagement, and provide guidance that is both relatable and structured, particularly for individuals navigating high-risk environments.
In addition to her leadership role, Tasha Nichole serves as a board member supporting youth and adults with developmental needs through the Center for Individual Development (CID). Her work reflects a commitment to inclusive, community-centered support and collaboration across systems.
Through Genuinely Me, Tasha Nichole has developed and led programs that provide mentorship, cultural awareness, and life skills education, helping participants strengthen decision-making, build confidence, and access community resources. Her approach emphasizes relationship-building, accountability, and consistent engagement as key drivers of positive outcomes.
Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to integrity, reflected in her belief:
